At Fielding’s we believe that fresh is everything. We utilize as much local, all natural and organic products as possible. We bake our own buns and breads, make our own pasta, grind our own beef, cure our own bacon and charcuterie, dry-age our own steaks, and our sauces, breads, dressings and gelatos are all made in house daily by our culinary team. At our three Fielding's restaurants, all built using as many repurposed and energy efficient materials as possible, you will find all of this plus seasonally changing cocktails, craft beers, and an excellent selection of wines.
