I’ve seen a lot of apartments in Houston, and NOVEL River Oaks is honestly in a different league. The moment you walk in, it just feels elevated. The finishes, the design, the overall vibe all feel genuinely high end without trying too hard. The location is one of the best parts. You’re right in River Oaks, close to everything you could need like… I’ve seen a lot of apartments in Houston, and NOVEL River Oaks is honestly in a different league. The moment you walk in, it just feels elevated. The finishes, the design, the overall vibe all feel genuinely high end without trying too hard. The location is one of the best parts. You’re right in River Oaks, close to everything you could need like great restaurants, shopping, and everyday spots, but it still feels peaceful and private when you’re home. What really stood out to me was the team. Everyone is so attentive, welcoming, and on top of everything. You can tell they actually care about the residents and take pride in the community. It makes a huge difference and gives the whole place a much more personal feel. If you’re looking for something that feels upscale, well located, and genuinely well managed, I would absolutely recommend it.

Finding a home is a very important decision, and throughout the entire process, JP was incredibly sincere, patient, and helpful. Finding a home is a very important decision, and throughout the entire process, JP was incredibly sincere, patient, and helpful. He took the time to answer our many questions, kept us informed, and always made us feel welcome. We truly appreciated how much effort he put into helping us explore every possible option. Unfortunately, we were not able to tour the specific unit we were most interested in, and because we couldn’t fully visualize our furniture and daily life in the space, we decided to stay where we are. It was a difficult decision, but it had nothing to do with the quality of the community or the staff. Even though we won’t be moving to NOVEL this year, it remains one of our favorite apartment communities in Houston. The property is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the team genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Thank you, JP, for all of your kindness, professionalism, and support. We are truly grateful to have met you, and we will always have a very positive impression of NOVEL River Oaks because of you.

The construction quality is also excellent—which is a big deal. THEY HAVE REAL HARDWOODS IN THE APARTMENTS! The leasing process was AMAZING! JP in the office listened to what I needed and showed me options over two tours, and I ended up leasing something I never would have considered unless he had suggested it! JP made the entire process PAINLESS and was so patient with me, showing me all the ins and outs of the building and the technology associated with it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and also fascinating to talk with as a person! I have to say Novel is a luxurious, beautiful property but the best part are the people that work there! And the dogs. Tons of dogs! Very dog friendly building.
