Absolutely the Best Apartment Complex in the Area!
I’ve toured more than 12 apartment complexes in this area, and I can confidently say — The Novel is by far the best one. Don’t waste your time anywhere else; this is the place to be.
What really stands out to me is how the management treats you. Everyone here — from the concierge to the leasing office, and even the maintenance team — is genuinely amazing. A special shout-out to David, who was super friendly and did an awesome job showing us around. His professionalism and warmth really set the tone for the entire community.
The apartments themselves are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. All the appliances and finishes feel brand new, and the attention to even the smallest details shows how much care goes into maintaining this property.
The amenities are top-notch — the swimming pool is beautiful, clean, and clearly well maintained. You can really see the effort they put into keeping everything in perfect condition.
If you’re apartment hunting in this area, stop looking and go with The Novel. You won’t regret it.

My experience at Novel River Oaks has been amazing. There has been a high standard of excellence since we moved here, and its been great to see them continue to live up to that. The community is nice, quiet, and peaceful. The concierge staff -- Junior, Francis, and Lyann are amazing! They are always helpful to provide whatever is needed. NOVEL was such a beautiful property to tour. I am especially thankful for Jean Paul — he was incredibly attentive and gave a very professional tour. As the very first tenant of the Novel River Oaks in early 2022, I have watched Luz-Yvette assemble and manage a first-rate support team here at the building.
